The “Call To Worship” is a traditional liturgical element containing spoken words of invitation with which a worship celebration begins. The words are usually spoken by the worship leader followed by responses by the congregation. Each week, I try to prepare a new “Call To Worship” for our traditional service, focusing on the content of the preacher’s message for that day, while exhorting the people to enthusiastically enter into the time of worship. - B.J.
